Practicing kingri work

Objective: At the end of this exercise you shall be able to
• practice kingri embroidery (small border design).

Requirements
Materials

• Cloth - 1 No. • Thimble - 1 No.
• Needle - 1 No. • Thread - as reqd.

PROCEDURE

TASK 1: Practice kingri embroidery (small border design)

1 Take a needles with thread and insert the needle from Fig 3
top to bottom. (Fig 1)

4 The final look of kingri design (Fig 4)
2 Now insert the needle diagonally from bottom to top
but to other point of the design (Fig 2) Fig 4

3 Same process to be repeated for other design to
complete. (Fig 3)
